We were met by Johanna who could not have been more helpful and insisted we get in touch should we have any issues whatsoever. We only had to do so once and the minor issue was dealt with immediately. The villa itself was beautiful and extremely clean, the kitchen was unbelievably well stocked with every type of pan, plate and cooking implement you can imagine. Even coffee and tea. The garden is huge and beautifully kept, the pool is lovely and clean but is not heated, just in case you are coming in cooler months! For a larger family or celebration, this villa is absolutely perfect and we have no hesitation in recommending it.

Excellent property for our family of 6 adults a and 6 children (age range 9 years to 8 months). Spacious, comfortable villa which provided everything we needed. The gardens are large with lovely views out to sea from the terrace. The swimming pool was loved by us all and there were sun beds and umbrellas. In addition, we found an array of toys and floats which kept the children very entertained! The kitchen is extremely well equipped and, it was very useful having two fridges as well as a small freezer. Johanna was very helpful from booking, to arrival and then departure. She replied to messages very quickly which I appreciated. I would certainly recommend this property and would not hesitate to book again. All in all we had a lovely family holiday in a beautiful and very comfortable villa.

Alojamiento ideal para pasar unos días con familia y amigos. Los niños tienen mucho espacio para jugar y la casa está muy bien equipada. Recomendable.

We had a lovely family vacation at the Don Pedro house for 10 days, we were 7 adults and 4 kids. The house, garden and pool are in superb condition, very clean and very comfortable for all of us. Johanna was readily available and provided super service.

As a family of 11 with young children aged 4-10 we enjoyed our stay at the villa. The children loved the swimming pool and the large garden area. The Aldi and Mercadona supermarkets are a 10 minutes walk away. There are a couple of restaurants next to Aldi but if you want more the nearest place is Estapona which you will need to get to by taxi or bus as it’s too far to walk. There is a beach close by if you just want a paddle but the better one is in Estapona. If you just want a villa holiday this place is perfect and Johanna has been really helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay.

Pasamos unos días de relax en la villa. El entorno es tranquilo, la casa está muy bien equipada en cuanto a menaje, ropa de cama, zonas para estar y comer...
Las camas son buenas y amplias.
Johanna nos ayudó con un problema que surgió en la piscina, siempre pendiente y atenta. También nos dejó su propia batidora porque la que había no funcionaba.
En cuanto se cambien las ventanas de la villa, que ya están muy viejas, la casa estará estupenda.

Our stay was amazing, from the first day to the last day. The villa was really nice and tidy with a big garden, trees and a wonderful swimming pool for the children. We all really appreciated our stay, and really like you. Johanna is a great women.
She gave us some tips and location where to go, easy to join her in case of any problem but to be honest we didn’t have any problem during the whole stay.
You have shops really close to the house like Aldi, lidl , a petrol station just 3 min walking and the beach down the street.
I recommend strongly this house and mostly the owner, she is so friendly and nice.

Wij hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad in deze mooie villa! Wij waren met zijn 10en, waaronder de kinderen in de leeftijd van 7 tm 23 jaar waren. Iedereen heeft zich vermaakt! De villa is ruim opgezet, mooie slaapkamers, schoon, alles is aanwezig, prachtige grote tuin en een geweldig zwembad.
Het huis ligt in een rustig wijk en in de buurt van supermarkten, strand en het mooie stadje Estepona. Wij komen hier zeker terug.
